Can any of my patients apply for finance?
As long as they are over 18, yes. If the patient is under 18, then their parent or guardian should apply for the finance and they will be processed in the normal manner. |

Who does the money get paid to?
Payments are made by BACS direct into your nominated bank account. |

What happens if a patient stops paying?
Do I have to chase?
Absolutely not. We take complete responsibility for dealing with any issues like this and will contact the patient to resolve things. Only if non-payment is for reasons of dissatisfaction will we contact you to discuss the matter. |

What sort of support can I expect?
Renowned for our good service, you will have at your disposal a team of dedicated individuals always available to help you with anything, no matter how insignificant it may seem. We will help with initial training and be there for you always for any necessary ongoing training (or for new staff).
